First of all I believe that God sent me to educate people out of financial ignorance so that they can live a more fulfilled life.
Secondly, Botswana and other African countries are facing many challenges that include high unemployment, poverty, rising crime due to unemployment and economic hardships, high level of debt, high failure rate of businesses especially start-ups. I believe my part is not to criticize leaders and other people, but help with a solution. My part is to write in newspapers, magazines and books; speak in lecture rooms, conferences, churches, radio and on television on personal finance and entrepreneurship.
Thirdly, it helps me to leave a legacy of responsible followers that care about their countries and continent.
Fourthly, if I play a part to develop entrepreneurs, it contributes to employment creation – which reduces idling, crime, economic hardships and poverty. It increases Gross Domestic Product; reduces over dependence on government and it also increases taxes to the government – which help government to improve roads, clinics, schools etc.
Fifthly, if I can just empower one person; that one person can empower another one, and the line goes on and on. Before you know it, Africa becomes better.
What part are you playing to make the country and continent better?
Raising leaders, developing talent and impacting generations!
