“Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.” – Benjamin Franklin

I believe all of us can do one or both of the two aspects. Either write well or do well so that others will write about you.

I am praying that God will raise more leaders in Africa in all spheres of life so that the story of Africa can change. We want to be more innovative, caring, helpful and prosperous as a continent. It does not matter where you are now. Whether at primary school, unemployed, employed, married, not yet married, dad, mum, running business, in ministry etc; you are a leader. Please lead by example.

We want to fight greed, corruption, nepotism, favoratism and betrayal. We must stop too much talking, promising and complain. Then we do more hands-on work. High productivity must be our biggest priority.

You and I can do this. It is time for Africa to shine! It is your time to shine!

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”

Winston Churchill

I know that the journey of life has a lot of surprises. Some surprises are those of success while other surprises are of failure and tragedies. My encouragement today is that you should never become lousy in your academics, career or business because you have become successful. You are not yet fully successful until the day you bid us farewell to heaven. Keep succeeding.

On the other hand, it can be tempting for you to throw in the towel when you still stand a chance to win. Keep fighting. Do not quit. Keeping moving on! You deserve to win. How do you win if you stop marching on in the battles of life?
