SUCCESS SEMINAR 12 AUGUST 2017

In a bid to help everyone that wishes to attend the upcoming seminars where I am one of the speakers, I have talked to the organizers to help people without cash to attend. I am glad that they have agreed. All you do is to get 4 people to pay and attend one of the seminars, then you get in free. No more reason for you not to attend. Show me your entrepreneurial traits by getting just 4 people to pay, and you are in. You can not miss these seminars. This is where giants are made or polished.

NO MATTER HOW HARD IT IS

12 MAY 2017

With Dr. Wilbert R. Mutoko

I came across the testimony of a Pastor that was raped on her wedding day and later lost her husband. Watching her narrating the story was so touching. However, what encourages most is the fact that she has moved on with life and she is a happy and successful woman.

It doesn’t matter what you are going through. Hold on and fight. You will emerge a winner if only you do not give up.

I love you and I am waiting for that day when you share your testimony of triumph.

Life can be rough. But keep fighting!

Never tire from chasing your dream

2 May 2017

With Dr. Wilbert R. Mutoko

When you are chasing your dream, people may not understand you. Tough times will discourage you. Adverse circumstances will come your way, but keep your eye on the end result. If you don’t give up, we will soon celebrate with you.

Between February 2014 and December 2016, I embarked on a degree in Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management. The journey was tough. Many times I thought of quitting. But I kept going because I was looking at the goal. I kept going mainly because of God’s grace. I kept going because of wonderful family, friends, workmates and acquaintances. I am so grateful to all of you and those that took part in my research. You are so precious to me, to Botswana, to SADC, to Africa and the world at large.

Graduation was on 25 April 2017 at North-West University, Mafikeng, South Africa and it was so colorful.

I love you!

The sky can not limit you.

See you at the top!

# From rural boy to Doctor of Business Management.
# All things are possible.
#Time to serve my continent. #Inspiration. # You will make it!

as a business leader who is your first customer?

29th March 2017

With Wilbert R. Mutoko

“If you look after your staff, they will look after your customers. It’s that simple.” – Richard Branson

You need to start treating your staff as customers. Listen to their grievances and suggestions where possible. Know their pains and understand their fears. These are people that spend 8 hours or more away from home to make things happen in your establishment. They sure should matter to you, unless you do not care about the future of your organization.

Therefore, if you ill treat your staff (including your maid, garden boy, cleaner) don’t be surprised when they care less about your affairs/business. Before you know it, you see productivity going down.

It is not smart to be surrounded by a bunch of complaining and grumbling staff. You need to satisfy most if not all of their desires. Ask King Solomon in the bible how he did that. His staff were happy always and they lacked nothing (2 Chronicles 9: 1-8).

As you grow your firm, remember to benefit your staff that toil day and night for your success.

I know you are smart enough to know that oppressed staff have no loyalty, they are always applying for jobs elsewhere.

Do you want to prosper? Then build a team of highly motivated, excited staff that have a sense of belonging.

become the best version of you

24th March 2017

With Wilbert R. Mutoko

Customers will pay you for the difference you present – difference in personality, difference in brand, difference in delivery, difference …

People will respect you for your difference – for who you are and who you become over time.

Therefore, I urge you to become the best version of you.

Learn from others. Read books and magazines, follow mentors, and go to school. But in the end, remember to be you and show your difference.

SUCCESS DEPENDS ON YOUR THOUGHTS

16 November 2016

With Coach Wilbert R. Mutoko

Success begins in your mind. Stop trying to push everything else. As long as your mind is not ready; nothing will work. Your mentality comes first. Every successful person will confess that they had to change their mentality before their physical life changed.

When you visualize your life five years from now, do you see a better you? Do you see a healthy you? Do you see a happy marriage? Do you see a successful business? What do you see with your imagination when your eyes are closed? Remember that your success begins in the mind.

Feed your mind with quality things that bring the change you desire. Then open your mouth and speak what you want to see. Do not speak what is around you now. Speak what you want. For example, if you have an abusive husband or wife, begin to see change. Talk about the sweet husband that you want. If you call your man a he goat; it means you are a she goat. If you curse your children, who will bless them? If you despise your boss or employees, who will honor them? Negative thinking and talking has never helped anyone.

You can change today.

See you at the top!

Remember I love you and God loves you more.
